PROJECT CASE STUDY
Junior Data Analyst Job Market Analysis
An exploratory Python analysis of 1,167 job postings, examining analyst-related job titles, junior-level terminology and the skills requested by employers.
Analysis & Key Visualisations
Two focused views highlight the skills most frequently requested in data- and analyst-related job postings and the technical skills appearing in the selected postings.

THE CHALLENGE
Understanding the market for analyst-related roles
The dataset contains job titles, descriptions and skill sets. The challenge was to focus the analysis on data- and analyst-related roles and examine how junior-level terminology and requested skills appear in those postings.
THE SOLUTION
Exploring job titles and requested skills with Python
I used Python with Pandas and text-processing techniques to inspect the dataset, normalize job titles, identify data- and analyst-related postings, check for junior-level terminology and explore the skills listed for those roles.
IMPACT & LEARNING
Turning job-posting data into practical career insight
The project demonstrates my ability to work with real-world job-posting data, structure a focused analytical question and communicate findings about role requirements and skills.
